Data Deletion Instructions

PayPosts (operated by Virex Tech LLC) lets you delete your data at any time, including the data we receive from Instagram when you connect your account. Choose one of the options below.

1. Disconnect Instagram from PayPosts

Removes the Instagram access token right away.

Sign in to PayPosts.
Go to Instagram > Configurações (Settings) > Contas e automação (Accounts and automation).
On the profile card, click Desconectar (Disconnect) and confirm.

To also delete the profile and its posts and metrics, click Excluir (Delete) on the same card.

2. Remove our app from your Instagram account

Revokes our access directly on Instagram.

On instagram.com or in the Instagram app, open Settings > Website permissions > Apps and websites.
Find PayPosts - IG or Autodm - IG under Active and click Remove.

After this, PayPosts can no longer read or publish anything on your account. The data we already stored is deleted with option 1 or 3.

3. Delete your PayPosts account and all its data

Sign in to PayPosts.
Go to Configurações (Settings) > Conta(Account) > Zona de Perigo (Danger Zone).
Click Excluir conta (Delete account) and confirm.

This permanently deletes, right away:

your account (name, e-mail, password hash) and team members;
connected Instagram and TikTok accounts and their access tokens;
posts, drafts, schedules, media, captions and first comments;
Instagram metrics and profile data collected for your account.

4. Ask us by e-mail

If you can no longer sign in, e-mail contato@virextech.com.br with the subject "Data deletion", from the e-mail of your PayPosts account, and tell us your Instagram username. We delete the data and confirm by e-mail within 15 business days.

What we may keep

Only what Brazilian law requires: access logs (IP and time) for 6 months (Marco Civil da Internet, Art. 15) and invoices for 5 years (tax law). They are not used for anything else and are deleted after these periods.
